We are seeing significant improvement following the progressive migration to our email provider's new dedicated delivery path. Overall deliverability to comcast.net recipients is continuing to increase with bounce rates to this provider below our prior threshold.

Strong, sustained email deliverability is a shared effort. We will continue to evaluate additional measures to reduce third-party blocking and maintain strong deliverability in the future. Customers should regularly review and maintain clean, up-to-date recipient lists, as list hygiene is one of the most effective ways to keep deliverability high going forward.

The issue affecting links to some customer codes within the Municode Library has been resolved.
Our team identified missing organization records that were preventing affected links from routing correctly. The missing records have been restored and the associated organization data has been updated.

Between 3:54 AM and 4:53 AM Eastern (07:53–08:53 UTC) on July 16, the DocAccess admin interface was unavailable. Public document viewing was not affected, and no customer data was impacted. The cause was a disruption in third-party network infrastructure that routes traffic to our servers. We restored service by rerouting traffic around the affected component, and have since returned to our standard configuration with no further interruption.
