Between 3:54 AM and 4:53 AM Eastern (07:53–08:53 UTC) on July 16, the DocAccess admin interface was unavailable. Public document viewing was not affected, and no customer data was impacted. The cause was a disruption in third-party network infrastructure that routes traffic to our servers. We restored service by rerouting traffic around the affected component, and have since returned to our standard configuration with no further interruption.
